As a life long artist Kathleen McElwee has built her business from the passion to create beautiful art and the responsibility to deliver quality products. By merging her background in textile and graphic design the products she creates are whimsical, stylish and fun. Shipping Information:
Please allow 7-10 business days for production time and shipping (within the US). For shipping outside of the US or Alaska, please allow 10-14 business days for production and shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you order a custom design, we will email a proof for approval before production begins, payment in full must be received before proofs are emailed. All custom designs are one of a kind and will not be duplicated for any other customer. Returns, refunds and exchanges need to be within 7 days from when the customer receives the finished product. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our office. Once we receive the product in good condition we will credit the customer back the amount of the original sale, not including shipping and handling.
Orders must be cancelled within 3 days of the order submission. If a cancellation is requested after 3 days a charge of $40.00 will be billed to the customer for the cost of service.
Other Information: All of our products and product accessories are made in the United States.
We believe strongly in protecting the environment which is why we use recycled products whenever possible. We also ask our customers to recycle, reuse or repurpose all packaging materials.
